Explore Nook are a family owned business based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. They are passionate about designing natural toys that foster open-ended play opportunities for children. When they design resources they want children feel their innate sense of curiosity and wonder awakened, inviting them to play. Explore Nook's natural resources will support you to create inspiring learning play spaces for children, in either your home or an early learning setting.

Bamboo and timber come in various shades and have unique ‘made by nature’ markings. Sometimes there are stress marks in bamboo or natural knots in timber grains. These do not affect the way the toy is played with and we do not consider them a defect but a proof of natural quality and beauty.

They are committed that the timber and natural resources they use to make their toys are sourced by certified sustainable suppliers.

Explore Nook want children to be safe and therefore their toys have been put to the test through certified lab testing. All products are manufactured to meet with and comply with Australian Safety Standards. All Explore Nook products have passed EN71 standards.
