Deliveries will occur within the same 24 hours and delivery could be in the evening after Tracey's children are in bed. Example: Order is made Monday at 2pm. Delivery will be made by Tuesday at 2pm. 

Upon checkout, when you put in your address/postcode, the option for free delivery will appear at checkout. If wanting this option - please do not checkout via the quick checkout method "Shop Pay" as it may automatically select shipping for you. 

Delivery will be contactless and be placed in an appropriate place at your home.

If you don't wish to have your order left if you aren't home, we can arrange an alternate time (however this may be outside the 24 hours) or pick up from New Lambton can be arranged instead.

Due to increased demand/orders we may not be able to provide this service for an extended amount of time. We may need to shorten our driving distance or incur a cost. 

PICK UP

All orders can be arranged for pick up from New Lambton. The address is displayed at checkout. Orders should be ready within 4 - 6 hours, however this may be extended in some busy times.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection, with the address.. Please reply to email with a time and day that you would like to collect you order. It will be placed undercover on veranda for collection. If there is more than one order, your name will be on the bag.
