Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to Australia.

We are hoping to expand to New Zealand and beyond in the coming months.

We use Australia Post to ship our parcels. We ship from postcode 2305.

TURN AROUND TIME

We aim to have your order ready for shipping within 24 hours - As we grow this margin may get bigger so please check back for updated times each time you order.  

This excludes pre-order items and these items will have this information on their product page. Please read all product descriptions before ordering.

COST

Orders $200+ enjoy FREE standard shipping Australia wide.

$8 flat rate shipping on all other orders.

$12 express rate shipping available on all orders.

ALL Tiny Harlow Rattan collection and some Explore Nook items incur an extra $40 which will show at checkout. Express Post is unavailable for these items.

Once your package is shipped - you will get an email with the tracking details so you can track the delivery. 

Local pick up and free local delivery are also options that will appear at checkout. They appear only if your postcode is within the areas we offer this service to. But please note - using the express checkout or 'Shop pay' option may bypass these options and charge you postage.

PACKAGING

We want to be as environmentally friendly as we can in all our elements of our store. Shipping and packaging your orders is a large focus of our sustainability practices. We want to make sure your packages arrive to you safely so we will have to sometimes use additional packing to ensure this occurs. We re-use the packaging that we have received form our suppliers in an effort to reduce consumption. Our mailing bags are from www.heropackaging.com and are compostable. Please follow instructions on the bag to reuse and compost. We try and use natural items to make the 'unboxing' experience beautiful for you. Our shipping labels, tissue paper and branding stickers are also compostable. 

CHECK YOUR DETAILS

Please ensure your address is correct before ordering. We cannot be responsible for incorrect delivery due to your address being entered incorrect. 

PLEASE NOTE

We cannot be held responsible for how long deliveries take once they leave our hands. Australia Post and Sendle are still experiencing delays due to staff shortages due to Covid-19. Extreme weather events, states of emergency and many other factors can effect delivery times. Please keep this is mind when you place your order and are awaiting your parcel. 

We are not liable for any lost or damaged parcels at the fault of Australia Post. If you wish to purchase any additional postal insurance or signature on delivery, please contact us shortly after placing your order and we can arrange these at an extra cost.
