Perineum Ice and Heat Pack

Use to prepare to the perineum before labour, use during labour and pushing, and use post to help relieve any swollen or discomfort felt in the days and weeks after birth.

INSTRUCTIONS

COLD: Place in freezer for 2 hours or more.

HEAT: Place in hot water or microwave in small increments until desired temperature is reached. 

Then slip pack into sleeve and place on area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying

CONTAINS

Each pack comes with a one perineum ice/heat pack and 5 x disposable covers.

CLEANING

Wash with warm soapy water.
